As I recently posted in one of the comments, I just got back from a week in Vegas Baby!!!! I found a great deal on Luxor’s website directly. $89.00 bucks a night for 5 nights. Wow, that is a great deal for a Major Hotel in Vegas…. It is break time, ill finish this later.
I know I haven’t finished this post, but I did what to put some more notes about it before I forget.
The Luxor sent to a customer satisfaction survey and I can tell you I went to town on them. Then, I didn’t hear from them for over a month. Then they offered me a free night stay, You can see the email chain below.

Thank you for your response to our on-line survey regarding your recent stay at the Luxor through our website. We truly appreciate you taking your time to provide us with this valuable feedback and share your experience with us.
We would love the opportunity to restore your faith in us. We would like to invite you to return to our hotel for a total of a (1) one-night complimentary stay in one of our Deluxe Tower accommodations. This offer excludes holidays and special events and is based upon availability.
Please confirm the address we have on file so that we can send a follow-up letter restating this offer. This offer will not be considered valid without a reply.
Again, thank you for your valuable feedback and we look forward seeing you again soon.
I am not going to stay or your hotel unless you FIX your issues. I
cannot believe How poorly your hotel is run. It took you over a month
to reply to my complaints. This shows me that your hotel management is
still very poor and lacking.

Anytime we received feedback, either in the form of a survey, guest
letter, or email, we always pass it along to the department heads of the
areas responsible for the problems our guests experienced.
As for the delay in responding to your issues, currently I am the only
person at this property who handles all the surveys, correspondence,
etc. and I was out of the office for three weeks in March-April tending
to a family emergency. I assure you, the Luxor takes the feedback from
its guest very seriously and that these issues are brought to the
appropriate personnel’s attention.
I will send you the letter reconfirming the offer of (1) one
complimentary night in case you change your mind and choose to give us
I am sorry you are the only one that is dealing with the CSAT surveys.
It must be a very horrible and stressful job. The fact that the
Luxor /MGM management only assigns one person to deal with them just
shows further proof that your management is not committed to making
any changes or improving customer satisfaction.
