I travel full time for a living and the worst thing about traveling is packing. Trying to get my entire life crammed in to two suit cases is very frustrating. I am not very good at folding and I found on the web how to make a folding machine. I took that basic idea and I think I improved on it. I also decided to record me designing and building the machine.

Dan Pereda’s “How to make a t-shirt folding machine”

The Orginal Upgraded T-shirt Folding Machine - Click here for funny video clips

Supplies Needed
2 20″x30″ foam board (1 dollar each at the dollar store) or you can use scrap card board.
Heavy duty tape
Cutting device (box cutter)
Ruler
Pen or Marker

Panel A is 7.5 Inches by 30 Inches (you need 2 panels A s)
Panel B is 9 Inches by 12 Inches
Panel C is 9 Inches by 18 Inches

I use foam board because I didn’t have and cardboard and the slicker surface helps.

*** Cutting devices should only be used by adults.
*** Please make sure you don’t cut or ruin what is underneath the material your cutting.

Explanation about the upgrades will come in a later post.

Please send me or post questions and comments.

Enjoy. Dan…

I bought a new car… well it is a new car to me. It is a 1988 BMW 325is (e30 body style). After just a few days of driving it, I can tell you I love this car. It needs some paint and body work and a few mechanical tune ups, but the car is in in great shape for a 1988 with 188,000 miles on it.

Here is the video of the car.

I always seem to be saying that I have been real busy lately, but am sure that most people are real busy. I am have been extremely busy and stressed out lately. I am going back to school. doing a 50-60 hr a week job, doing the work of 4 people at work, traveling around the world for work, starting a business and buying a house.

Not any simple house, but a foreclosed fixer upper. To add to the head ache, I did it when I was 5000 miles away in a different country. Finally closing is in a few days and then the moving and repair work begins.

What movies can you watch over and over again? I mean you can finish the movie and then start it right over again. There are some really great movies out there, but only very few that I could watch repeatedly. Vote for your favorite or add your own below.

I currently own 7 domains and they are spread out across different servers and hosting providers. Some sites are for fun and some sites are new business ideas that I am exploring. I have way to many topics I am trying to cover and fun, business and personal ideas are getting posted on the wrong web sites, or is limiting what I can do with the website. I have consolidated my hosting and servers down to two locations. I have a front end hosting provider for all my sites and a separate back end server to handle some complex functions. Below is an outline of my plans for my sites.

DanPereda.com - This is will be my personal site. It will be my personal Blog and Also a platform for my writing.

Shoreperformance.com - This site will be revamped to become the front face of my business again. Right now the front end is just my blog and the back end runs some major surveys and data recording.

Phonefuse.com - This site will be my test platform to work of some new Asterisk PBX goodies. It will also replace the back end for the Voipfordummies.com site that I currently own, but I am being forced to transfer it to Wiley Press.

Voipfordummies.com - This site is being eliminated and transferred to Wiley Press (the people that own the for dummies trademark)

Pereda.org - I hope to work more on this site and get it to become the family website that I had always meant for it to become.

TheMillionaireSociety.com - This is my Prosper group. I have not had time to really open this site or even start my group.

ReelSpicy.com - This was the name of my boat, but I no longer have the boat. I will come up with something to put here. till then I will just point it to one of my other sites.

I have wanted a R/C plane since I was a little Kid. That passion never died, but the investment and time required for the hobby kept me from persussing it. I soon lost intrest and put it out of my mind as somthing that is “Not worth It”.

Since my job requires me to travel I am constantly seeing new places. I was walking thru a mall the other day and in this mall they had a hobby shop. It peaked my interest and I went in. After looking thru all the “cool things” I decide to buy this wooden rubberband powered model airplane. In side the box was a small catalog of other models and assories. One thing was an electric conversion kit to turn this little plane in to an Electric R/C Plane. I was hooked now and started my research….

I found soon found a much larger hobby shop near by. I was amazed at how easy it was to get a complete electric plane started and it was at a very reasonable price. I also played around with thier R/C flight simulator for quite a while. I eventually left the store with out a plane but a I had the bug get one agian.

After a while I started looking for more information online. By chance I found a website called http://www.hobby-estore.com/ This site offer some great planes with controllers at some really great prices.

After Much shopping around I decided to buy this Jaguar Airplane from http://www.hobby-estore.com/ .
